The VIP program sets up the communication links and schedules for our companies to work together across all of your projects. That means as soon as we start the first project with you, you will be asked for your input about why you chose us, what your expectations are and how you envision us working together.
It also means that at regular intervals we will continue to ask you if we are meeting your expectations, why or why not and how we can work to fix it if we aren't.
In addition to brief regular VIP meetings, we also have online customer surveys for you to take 24/7, 365 days a year to share your thoughts and concerns with us. But this program doesn't just set up the channels of communication, it also assures you that we will LISTEN and ACT on your feedback.
