VIP: Value Impact Program

The Value Impact Program ensures that we maintain value added activities throughout the life of a project. This includes consistent feedback channels so that we can improve our performance on an ongoing basis. We strive to provide our clients with true mutual and strategic partnership. That means we communicate, follow through on any commitments we make and look for ways to deliver more than expected.

Your role in the VIP program is critical to our success and ensures that we can continue to guarantee our great service to clients. Essentially, you are the ambassadors of the VIP program on any and every client project whether that project is on a client site or ours.

Client Net

The Client Net is going live this summer. This program provides cross-training opportunities for consultants and ensures that we have enough client-ready resources in order to anticipate staffing fluctuations and maintain an "Available Billable Bench".

Having an "Available Billable Bench" means that we have resources on short term assignments so that they can be available when key clients need them the most. This program is a key factor in allowing us to provide rapid succession planning as resources move on and off projects for various reasons or take vacations.
